In China, an altar for worshiping the Sacred God. Since worshiping the Sacred God is an important national ritual, Sacred God altars were set up in the capital, prefectures, prefectures, and prefecture cities. In the capital, the Sacred God altar was set up on the west side of the city's central axis, and the ancestral temple on the east side. Within the Sacred God altar, the Sacred God altar was set up on the east side, and the Sacred God altar on the west side. Both were about 150m square and 1.5m high, with a distance of about 150m between the two altars. Only the Sacred God altar was decorated with red, white, blue, black, and yellow on its surface. In the early Ming dynasty, the theory that Sacred God is an indivisible god was adopted, and the altar was changed to a two-stage altar. The Sacred God altar currently located in Zhongshan Park, west of the Forbidden City, is a successor to the one from the Ming dynasty.
