Russian Emperor (reigned 1801-1825). Son of Paul I. Initially, he carried out a liberal revolution and expanded his territory. However, after defeating Napoleon's invasion of Russia (Moscow Expedition), leading the Congress of Vienna, and becoming an advocate of the Holy Alliance, he became reactionary.
