General Confederation of Trade Unions. The former Soviet Union's All-Soviet Central Council of Trade Unions became an international organization that confederated trade unions from each republic of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) after the collapse of the Soviet Union. This organization was established in April 1992 as the General Confederation of Trade Unions. The members of this organization were the trade union confederations of the republics of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan, as well as 38 regional and industrial organizations.

General Confederation of Trade Unions。労働組合総連合会と訳す。旧ソ連の全ソ労働組合中央評議会はソ連邦の崩壊により，独立国家共同体(CIS)の各共和国の労働組合の連合した国際組織となった。それが，労働組合総連合会である(1992年4月)。これには，ロシア，ベラルーシ，カザフスタン，ウズベキスタン，アルメニア，キルギスタン各国共和国労働組合連合と38の地域産業別組織が参加した。
