San-jie-he (three bonds)

Japanese: 三結合 - さんけつごう（英語表記）San-jie-he

A method in China where representatives from three different levels work together to carry out revolutionary work. There are three forms. (1) This method was born during the Great Leap Forward in 1958, where small groups were formed combining local factory workers, cadres, and technicians to manage and resolve production and technology issues. (2) At the end of 1967 during the Cultural Revolution, following Chairman Mao's instructions to "implement the policy of revolutionary triple combination," revolutionary committees were organized with representatives from the revolutionary masses, revolutionary cadres, and People's Liberation Army members stationed in the area. (3) A method of organizing party committees at all levels by combining old cadres, middle-aged people, and young party members.

中国で3つの異なる層の代表が協力して革命事業を遂行する方式。3つの形態がある。 (1) 1958年の大躍進のなかで生れたもので，各地の工場の労働者，幹部，技術者の3者が結合した小グループをつくり，生産と技術の問題を管理し解決する方式。 (2) 文化大革命中の 67年末，「革命的三結合の方針を実行せよ」という毛沢東主席の指示によって，革命委員会が革命的大衆，革命的幹部，現地駐屯の人民解放軍の3者の代表で組織されることになった方式。 (3) 各級委員会の組織形態として，老幹部，壮年，青年の党員の三結合で党委員会を構成する方式。
