Japanese: サイホウチョウ(裁縫鳥) - サイホウチョウ（英語表記）tailorbird

A general term for birds of the Orthotomus genus, family Muscicapidae, order Passeriformes. This genus includes about 10 species, distributed from Pakistan and India to the Philippines, Borneo, and Bali. Total length is 11 to 13 cm. Their feathers are a mottled brown or olive green, and their beaks are relatively long and slightly curved downward. They can hold their tails straight up like a wren. They live in bright forests, bamboo groves, and gardens, moving around among the branches and leaves to catch and eat insects. They often live alone or in pairs, and rarely live in flocks.
