Portuguese painter of the 15th century. He was active from about 1450 to 1480. He was the court painter to King Afonso V of Portugal from 1450 to 1467. In addition to the St. Vincent altarpiece in the Lisbon Cathedral (destroyed in 1755), six altarpieces are attributed to him, including the "To St. Vincent" (1465-67), now in the National Museum of Ancient Art in Lisbon. 15世紀のポルトガルの画家。活躍期は 1450～80年頃。 50～67年ポルトガル王アフォンソ5世の宮廷画家。リスボン大聖堂の『聖ビンセント』の祭壇画 (1755破壊) のほか，今日リスボンの国立古代美術館にある6枚の祭壇画『聖ビンセントに捧ぐ』 (1465～67) が彼の作とされている。
