Huang Jingren

Huang Jingren

A poet from the Qing Dynasty of China. His pen name was Zhongze and his pen name was Lufeizi. He was born in Wujin, Jiangsu Province. He lost his father at the age of four and discovered poetry in the midst of poverty. He was unable to achieve his ambitions as a government official and was often ill, but he loved to travel and left his mark all over the country. His talent for poetry was loved by the high-ranking officials Zhu Yun and Weng Fang Gang, and he was friends with Hong Liangji. He was full of melancholy and was the most unique and lyrical of the poets of the Qianlong period. He died of lung disease at the age of 35 in Xiezhou, Shanxi Province. Yu Dafu's novel "Cai Shi Ji" features Huang Jing Ren as the protagonist. He also wrote the 16-volume "Liang Dang Xuan Poetry Collection."

中国、清(しん)代の詩人。字(あざな)は仲則、号は鹿菲子。江蘇(こうそ)省武進の出身。4歳で父を失い、貧困のうちに詩に開眼した。官吏としては志を得ず、また病気がちだったが旅を好んで全国に足跡を残した。その詩才は大官朱筠(しゅいん)や翁方綱(おうほうこう)などに愛され、洪亮吉(こうりょうきつ)と親交があった。多愁多感で、乾隆(けんりゅう)の詩人たちのなかでは、もっとも個性的、そして叙情性に富む。35歳で肺患のため山西省解州で死んだ。郁達夫(いくたつふ)の小説『采石磯(さいせっき)』は黄景仁を主人公とした作。ほかに『両当軒詩集』16巻がある。
