〘 noun 〙 The appearance of something as if it exists when it does not actually exist. Also, the thing that is seen. A visual error. A hallucination. ※Konjiki Yasha (1897-98) by Koyo Ozaki, continued: "The great shadow, as if it had been hallucinated, clung to me in my meditation."
