A book of etiquette for haiku (haikai), 5 books in 7 volumes. Compiled by Shigeyori. Published in 1645 (Shoho 2). Planned to compete with "Hanahi-gusa" (a sashiaisho, mainly explaining the haiku term sari-kirai) compiled by Chikashige, this book of etiquette contains haiku theory and etiquette in volume 1, kotobayose (seasons and love) and sewa (idioms) in volume 2, tsukeai (attachment), volume 4 specialties of various provinces, volumes 5 and 6 hokku (hokku) about the four seasons, and tsukeai (attached verse) in volume 7. It was reprinted many times as an indispensable and convenient book for haiku gatherings. In particular, the 704 chapters on sewa in volume 2 were well known from early on as a source of idioms.

俳諧(はいかい)作法書・撰集(せんしゅう)。7巻5冊。重頼(しげより)編。1645年（正保2）刊。親重(ちかしげ)編『はなひ草』（指合書(さしあいしょ)。俳諧用語の去嫌(さりきらい)を中心に解説）に対抗して企画された作法書で、巻1に俳論・作法、巻2に詞寄(ことばよせ)（四季・恋）・世話（俚諺(りげん)）、巻3に付合(つけあい)、巻4に諸国の名物、巻5と巻6は四季の発句、巻7は付句を収める。俳席には欠かせない至便の書として何度も版を重ねた。ことに巻2に収める世話704章は早くから俚諺資料として著名。
