CAD (short for Computer Aided Design) is a design process in which a designer uses a computer as a design tool. In CAD, the main subject of the design is a human, and the computer is simply used as a tool to assist and streamline the designer's design work. In contrast, for limited objects where the design method can be clearly described, automatic design by computer is possible. This is called DA (short for Design Automation), and is distinguished from CAD. Source: Heibonsha World Encyclopedia, 2nd Edition Information |
これは,DA(Design Automationの略)と呼ばれ,CADとは区別されている。
