Gusa - Gusa

...Chinese military and administrative organization of the Qing dynasty. In 1616 (Wanli 44, Heavenly Mandate 1), Nurhaci established the Later Jin Dynasty, which was made up of eight groups called Gusa. The basic unit of a Gusa was called Nil, which consisted of 300 young men, and the commander was called Nil Ezhen.
