Far Eastern Advisory Committee - Kyokutoushimoniiinkai

...A policy-making body for Japan established in Washington by the Allied Powers after World War II. Initially, the United States independently established the Far Eastern Advisory Commission in August 1945, but it never fully functioned, and on December 26, the decision was made to establish the Far Eastern Advisory Commission by the Moscow Agreement between the United States, the Soviet Union, and Britain. It was launched by 11 countries, including the Soviet Union, Britain, the United States, and China, and later grew to 13 countries.
