Similar symptoms caused by vascular disorders, compression, allergies, poisoning, etc. are also often called myelitis (strictly speaking, conditions other than inflammation should not be called myelitis, but should be called myelopathy or myelopathy). Acute cases often become acute transverse myelitis, which develops acutely and presents with paralysis of both legs, sensory disturbance of the lower body, and bladder and rectal disorders within a few hours to 2-3 days.
