Nucleophiles - Nucleophiles

They are also called nucleophiles, negative reagents, or anionoid reagents. Lewis bases are molecules with anions or unshared electron pairs that attack areas of low electron density or vacant orbitals in a substrate during a reaction. Examples of nucleophiles include anions such as OH- ^{, OR-} , ^CN- , ^OAc- , _NH2- ^, and CH( _{COOC2H5 ) 2-} ^, reducing agents such as Sn2 ⁺ , and Lewis bases such as _NH3 and _H2O .

親核試薬，陰性試薬，アニオノイド試薬などともいう．ルイス塩基，すなわち陰イオンや非共有電子対をもつ分子で，反応に際して基質の電子密度の小さいところ，または空軌道を攻撃する．求核試薬の例として，OH^－，OR^－，CN^－，OAc^－，NH₂^－，CH(COOC₂H₅)₂^－のようなアニオン，Sn^2＋ のような還元剤，NH₃，H₂Oのようなルイス塩基がある．
