Weather report form

...This is carried out by organizations that specialize in meteorological services, such as the Japan Meteorological Agency, and specifically, they report information such as compilations of the results of surface meteorological observations in Japan and around the world, marine meteorological observations, and upper atmospheric meteorological observations (current reports), cloud images taken by meteorological satellites, various analyses and forecasts, the presence and movement of high and low pressure systems and frontal systems, and various weather advisories and warnings. Current reports are compiled, organized, and synthesized by arranging observation data into a code-based description format according to the weather reporting format. There are both domestic and international formats, and both are made up of a group of five digits.
