Kigensai - Kigensai

...The trees in the forest park on the temple grounds were also donated from all over the country. The annual festival on February 11th is called the Kigensai, and is held with the attendance of an imperial envoy. Other festivals include the Jinmu Tenno Festival (spring festival) on April 3rd and the autumn festival on October 3rd. The former is a festival that has long been known as "Jinmu-san" in the Nara and Osaka areas, and is bustling with people all day long with various religious events.
