This refers to the merger and acquisition of companies. It is also called M&A (Merger and Acquisition). The purpose and form of M&A carried out by companies are as follows:
1. Purpose of M&A
2. Expanding into new fields
3. When the acquiring company enters a new field
4. Strengthening of existing business and related businesses by acquired companies
5. Mergers and acquisitions between affiliated companies and between the parent company and affiliated companies
6. Increase in shareholding ratio of affiliated companies
7. Raising investment ratio from 50% or less to more than 50%
8. Mergers
9. Mergers and absorption-type mergers
10. Acquisition of shares (acquisition of more than 50% of shares)
11. Share Acquisition
12. Asset Acquisitions (Acquisition of Businesses and Fixed Assets)
13. Business Transfer, Company Split, Asset Transfer
14. Acquisition of 50% or Less of Shares
