An entrepreneur is someone who has the creative ability to constantly innovate and bring about new aspects of the economy by developing new products, introducing new production methods and technologies, improving management and production organizations, cultivating new markets, developing new sources of raw materials, etc. This concept was particularly emphasized by J. Schumpeter, and the role played by entrepreneurs in this way is called innovation. One of the important management issues in recent years is how to cultivate entrepreneurial abilities and entrepreneurial spirit not only among managers but also among general employees.
