Complete Union - Kanzen Yuion

...A "surreptitious union" is one in which the employer has the discretion to dismiss non-members, those who have withdrawn from the union, or those who have been expelled, and the provisions include "dismissal as a rule" or "subject to labor-management consultation regarding treatment." In contrast, a "complete union" is one in which the employer is completely obligated to dismiss employees. Numerous legal disputes have arisen over union shop agreements.
