Joint techniques - Kansetswaza
A type of judo hold. Also called a "reverse technique," this is a technique that bends or twists the opponent's joints in the opposite direction. It includes arm-clasps, armbars, and arm-bar stomach holds. Any technique other than those targeting the elbow joint is prohibited.

柔道の固め技の一。逆技ともいい、相手の関節を逆に曲げたり、ねじったりする技。腕がらみ・腕ひしぎ十字固め・腕ひしぎ腹固めなど。ひじ関節を対象とする技以外は禁止されている。
