…Green manure crops are crops such as milk vetch that are cultivated to be plowed into fields to be used as fertilizer. On the other hand, horticultural crops are divided into vegetables, fruit trees, and ornamental crops. Vegetables are generally herbaceous plants, and depending on the part that is eaten, they are divided into fruit vegetables such as cucumbers and eggplants, root vegetables such as radishes and carrots, leafy vegetables such as cabbage and lettuce, stem vegetables such as asparagus and burdock, and flower vegetables such as cauliflower.
