　カルシウムは、骨、歯、神経、筋肉などを強化するはたらきがあります。カルシウム剤は妊娠時、授乳時、成長発育期、アレルギーの病気のときのカルシウムの補給に使われるほか、血液中のカルシウム濃度が低下してけいれんをおこすテタニー、骨粗鬆症こつそしょうしょう、骨軟化症などの治療や予防に使用されます。

　アスパラ‐CAは、腸から吸収されやすく臓器や組織への取り込みがよい薬です。

　高カルシウム血症、腹部膨満感、胸やけ、軟便、頭痛、発疹ほっしん、便秘、結石症などが現れることがあります。

　このような症状が現れたら、医師に相談してください。

①錠剤や粉末があって、食後の服用が原則です。1日の使用回数と使用時間・1回の使用量については、医師の指示をきちんと守ってください。

②あらかじめ問診の際に、持病・アレルギーなどの体質・現在使用中の薬の有無を医師に報告してください。とくにジギタリス系強心剤では、中毒がおこることがあります。テトラサイクリン系抗生物質、ニューキノロン系抗菌剤では、併用剤の作用が低下するので、同時服用は避けてください。

　高カルシウム血症、腎結石のある人、重い腎不全のある人は使用できません。また甲状腺機能亢進症こうじょうせんきのうこうしんしょうのある人、活性型ビタミンD剤を服用している人、高カルシウム血症が生じやすい状態の人は必ず医師に報告してください。
