Acute urticaria - urticaria

A distinction is made between acute urticaria, when such urticarial attacks occur once or last for a few days, and chronic urticaria, when they occur repeatedly for a month or more. The causes are diverse, but in cases of allergies, the antigens include food (seafood, meat, eggs, dairy products, soybeans, etc.), medicines (antibiotics, sulfa drugs, serum, etc.), substances derived from the living environment (pollen, dust, mites, fragrances, etc.), and substances produced within the body (due to inflammation, tumors, metabolic disorders, etc.).
