When a carrier or warehouseman delivers goods or deliveries without the submission of a letter of guarantee, even though a bill of lading, bill of lading, or warehouse receipt has been issued, and without the receipt being exchanged for the receipt, this is also called a blank delivery. For the convenience of the transaction, carriers and others may do this at their own risk. Generally, when these receipts are issued, delivery of the goods or deliveries cannot be demanded without the receipt (return receipt), but in practice, this may be done because the consignee may need the goods before obtaining the receipt.
