Kaminaljuyú (English spelling)
The ruins of a Mayan city in the capital of Guatemala. It is located on the western outskirts of the city. It flourished from the 4th century BC to the 3rd century AD, after which it declined for a period. It flourished again from the 5th to 7th centuries under the influence of the Teotihuacan culture of Mexico. It consists of more than 200 temples, houses, and tombs, but most of them are now buried under residential areas and factories. Kaminal Fuyu.

グアテマラの首都グアテマラにあるマヤ文明の都市遺跡。市街西郊に位置する。紀元前4世紀から紀元3世紀まで栄えたのち、一時期衰退。5世紀から7世紀にかけて、メキシコのテオティワカン文化の影響の下で再び繁栄した。200以上の神殿・住居・墓からなるが、現在は大部分が住宅地や工場の下に埋もれている。カミナルフュー。
