Sake from Toyama. The rice used is Gohyakumangoku Yamada Nishiki. The brewing water is from the underground waters of the Shogawa River. The brewery, Toide Shuzo, was founded in 1890 as a successor to Uesugiya, which had been in business since the Edo period. 富山の日本酒。原料米は五百万石、山田錦。仕込み水は庄川の伏流水。蔵元の「戸出酒造」は明治23年(1890)に江戸時代から続いた「上杉屋」を継承し創業。所在地は高岡市戸出町。
