Family protection clause

The former have "family protection clauses" in their constitutions that directly protect families. Also, due to the need to comprehensively promote family policies, many national organizations have established agencies with various names that are solely responsible for family issues (the Ministry of Youth, Family and Health in Germany, and others in Austria, France, Belgium, etc.).
