Domestic Relations Judge - kajishinpankan

A judge who handles matters stipulated in the Domestic Relations Adjudication Act in family courts. It is not an official title or job title, but merely a title, and the official title is judge or assistant judge. The main matters stipulated in the Domestic Relations Adjudication Act are family adjudication and family mediation. The provisions regarding judges in the Civil Procedure Act apply mutatis mutandis to disqualification, recusal, and avoidance. 家庭裁判所において家事審判法に定める事項を取扱う裁判官。官名でも職名でもなく，単なる呼称にすぎず，その官名は判事または判事補である。家事審判法の定める事項の主たるものは家事審判および家事調停である。除斥，忌避，回避については，民事訴訟法上の裁判官に関する規定が準用される。
