Square root bolt - square root bolt

...There are bolts that use a cylinder to maintain the distance, and bolts that use a flange that is integrated with the bolt to maintain the distance. Square-head bolts are used to fasten machines or structures to wood, and have a square cross-section at the bottom of the neck that acts as a stopper when passed through a pilot hole in the wood. Some bolts have a flat head.
