...In the case of income tax, provisional payments made through estimated tax payments and withholding tax are settled by this. There are two types of income tax returns: final income returns and final loss returns. The former is the taxpayer's obligation, while the latter is stipulated as the taxpayer's right. In both cases, the deadline for filing is March 15 of the following year (Article 120 of the Income Tax Law).
