...The sickle is an attribute of the Roman god of agriculture, Saturn, and the Greek god Cronus. Ogmios, the god of death, from the Celtic faith is thought to have remained deep within Christianity, and to have formed an independent image with the attribute. This appears as the thirteenth card in the medieval Tarot.
