…Dong Zhuo took control of the country, and in 190 (Chuping 1), fearing that Yuan Shao would raise an army, he forced the capital to move to Chang'an. After Dong Zhuo was killed, Li Jue, Guo Si, and others who were subordinate generals of Dong Zhuo, supported him. In 196 (Jian'an 1), he returned to Luoyang, and the following year moved the capital to Xu, relying on Cao Cao. After Cao Cao's death (220), he abdicated the throne to Cao Pi, King of Wei (Cao Cao's son), and became the Duke of Shanyang when he abdicated. …
