Type theory

...The general term for the theory (1908) proposed by B.A. W. Russell in an attempt to solve the so-called "Russell's Paradox" discovered in 1901, as well as its simplification, removal of restrictions, and transformation. Also called the hierarchy theory. Roughly speaking, it is a theory that reconstructs the language of logic and mathematics based on the idea that terms that appear in a language generally have a hierarchical organization, and that terms belonging to a certain hierarchy can only belong to terms of a higher hierarchy, so that paradoxes do not occur in the language.
