Japanese: 忍路土場遺跡 - おしょろどばいせき

This is a marshland archaeological site from the Late Jomon period in Otaru, Hokkaido. The famous stone circle, Shinoburo Ring Stone Brick, is located in the surrounding area. Between 1985 and 1988, the Hokkaido Board of Education conducted a preliminary survey for a farm road improvement project, unearthing a huge amount of pottery and stone tools. As the site is a marsh, the condition of organic remains is good, and a large number of wooden products, wooden utensils, bark products, textile products, and lacquerware have been excavated, providing materials that can be used to reconstruct the specific lifestyle of the time. There are also a large number of animal remains, which makes it possible to reconstruct lifestyles from this aspect as well.

北海道小樽市にある縄文時代後期の低湿地遺跡。周辺にはストーン・サークルとして有名な忍路環状石籬がある。 1985～88年に北海道教育委員会が農道整備事業に伴う事前調査を実施，膨大な量の土器，石器が出土した。また低湿地のため有機質の遺物の状態がよく，木製品，木器，樹皮製品，繊維製品，漆工品などが多量に出土し，当時の生活の具体的なあり方が復元できる資料になっている。動物遺存体も豊富にあり，この面からも生活の復元が可能である。
