Otosiki
A powerful clan that appears in the Kojiki and Nihonshoki.
He was the younger brother of his elder brother Eshiki, who ruled the Eshiki region of Yamato (Nara Prefecture). When Emperor Jimmu invaded Yamato, he did not follow his older brother, but instead surrendered and became the governor of Eshiki. His name was Kurohaya. In the Kojiki, he was called his younger brother Shiboku.

大和(奈良県)の磯城地方を支配する兄磯城(えしき)の弟。神武(じんむ)天皇の大和進攻のさい兄にしたがわずに帰順,磯城の県主(あがたぬし)となった。名は黒速(くろはや)。「古事記」では弟師木。
