Meynert, TH (English spelling)

...Sometimes, it is accompanied by a dream-like consciousness or slight hallucinations. From Freud

[Neurologist Freud]
He first engaged in research into the histology of nerve cells at the physiological laboratory of E. W. von Brücke, whom he had been frequenting since his student days, and then switched to clinical practice, doing clinical training in various departments at the Vienna University Hospital Das Wiener Allgemeine Krankenhaus (all Japanese translations literally translate this as "General Hospital" or "General Hospital", but this is not appropriate). He worked in clinical practice for five months under Professor of Psychiatry T. Meynert, but his main focus was basic research, and he carried out histological research into the conduction pathways of the medulla oblongata. Therefore, it can be said that Freud's basic training as a psychiatrist was virtually nonexistent.
