A powerful clan that appears in the Kojiki and Nihonshoki. He was the younger brother of his elder brother Eukashi, who ruled Uda in Yamato (Nara Prefecture). He informed the Emperor of his brother's plan to assassinate the invading Emperor Jimmu. For this achievement, he was given the Takeda village and became the governor of the prefecture.
