(Abbreviation for "Cornea and Kidney Transplant Law") This law stipulates the necessary matters when removing eyeballs or kidneys from corpses in order to restore the eyesight of the visually impaired through corneal transplants and to give kidney function to those with renal dysfunction through kidney transplants. 《「角膜及び腎臓の移植に関する法律」の略称》角膜移植術による視力障害者の視力の回復、および腎臓移植術による腎臓機能障害者に対する腎臓機能の付与を図るために、死体から眼球または腎臓を摘出する際に必要な事項を規定した法律。昭和54年(1979)成立。平成9年(1997)臓器移植法の成立に伴い廃止。
