…Furthermore, in 1717, Masashige Okudaira, who had moved from Miyazu in Tango Province to Nakatsu in Buzen Province, was given 20,000 koku from the Shogunate's Bingo territory, and the Nakatsu Domain Bingo Territory was established. He established a magistrate's office in Obata Village, Jinseki County, and appointed local magistrates who had been members of the Murata clan for generations. As a result, the Shogunate's Bingo Territory was reduced to just under 20,000 koku, and the upper and lower magistrate's offices were converted into branch offices of the Omori magistrate's office in Iwami Province. At the end of the Edo period, 10,000 koku was given to Masahiro Abe, and the Shogunate's territory was reduced to just under 10,000 koku. …
