Mount Obora

...A mountain range that runs north to south through the northwestern part of Mie Prefecture, separating the Ise Plain from the Ueno Basin. In the north, it borders the Suzuka Mountains at the Kabuto saddle, and in the south, it passes through Amagadake (958m) and Oborayama (985m) and continues to the Takami Mountains. The geology is made up of granite, but it belongs to the Muro volcanic group.
