Born in 1772. From Ecchu (Toyama Prefecture). He would not turn away anyone, even thieves, but would help people and contribute to the public interest. In 1858, he built Daimon Bridge over the Shogawa River. He died in 1856, at the age of 86. His childhood name was Chouemon. He was commonly known as Rengejiya Denuemon.
