...Many of them are fragrant. Many species are cultivated in greenhouses, with beautiful dark green leaves and numerous flowers in clusters. The most famous of these is A. odoratum Lour., which, as its name suggests, is fragrant and is native to the Indochina Peninsula. Varieties have also been improved by crossbreeding, and there are many intergeneric hybrids between species of this species.
