Niigata sake. They have honjozo sake "Ichino Etsushu", special honjozo sake "Nino Etsushu", special junmai sake "Sanno Etsushu", junmai ginjo sake "Satoru no Etsushu", and junmai daiginjo sake "Roku no Etsushu". The rice used is Senakiraku. The brewing water is "Hosui", a spring water from the grounds of Asahi Shrine near the brewery. The brewery, Asahi Shuzo, was founded in 1830. 新潟の日本酒。本醸造酒「壱乃越州」、特別本醸造酒「弐乃越州」、特別純米酒「参乃越州」、純米吟醸酒「悟乃越州」、純米大吟醸酒「禄乃越州」などがある。原料米は千秋楽。仕込み水は蔵近くの朝日神社境内の湧水「宝水」。蔵元の「朝日酒造」は天保元年(1830)創業。所在地は長岡市朝日。
