Space motion sickness

...The effects of radiation, which was an initial concern, have not yet resulted in large-scale exposure to radiation while living inside a spacecraft. These changes can be broadly categorized as the occurrence of space motion sickness, cardiovascular imbalance and loss of fluids and electrolytes, loss of red blood cells, and loss of bone minerals and muscles. Space sickness was previously considered to be the same as motion sickness on Earth.
