This refers to the temperature and humidity between clothing and the skin surface. When the temperature of the environment changes, the human body releases heat by sweating when it is hot, and burns internal heat sources to maintain body temperature when it is cold. However, the human body can only regulate its own body temperature up to an outside temperature of 25-26°C, and clothing must be worn when the temperature is lower than this. The optimal clothing climate is considered to be a temperature of 31-33°C and a humidity of 40-60%, and this regulation is related to the breathability, moisture absorption, air content, and thickness of the clothing material.
