Born March 7, 1898. Older brother of Junzo Inamura. Joined the Japan Farmers Union in 1925, and led the tenant farming strike in Kizaki Village, Niigata Prefecture in 1926. Arrested in the March 15 Incident in 1928. After joining the Social Mass Party, he joined the Tohokai during the war, but was banned from holding public office after the war. In 1930, he became a member of the House of Representatives (elected four times, Socialist Party). Died November 20, 1990. Age 92. Born in Hokkaido. Graduated from Waseda University.
