The entire sutra

Japanese: 一切経 - いっさいきょう

The entire Buddhist canon is also called the "Taizo Sutra." The written teachings of Shakyamuni are called the Sutra Pilgrimage, the discipline of the religious community is called the Vinaya, and later Buddhist commentaries are called the Ansatsu. As the canon spread, the Ansatsu increased in number, and catalogs, histories, and miscellaneous works were added. It was imported from the Kamakura period to the Edo period, and Tenkai, Tetsugen Doko, and others published it.

仏教経典全部をいう
『大蔵 (たいぞう) 経』ともいう。釈迦の説いた教えを文字としたものを経蔵，教団の規律を律蔵，後世の仏教徒が演繹 (えんえき) 注解したものを論蔵といい，この三蔵の総称。伝播にしたがって論蔵は増加し，ほかに目録・史伝・雑部が追加された。鎌倉時代以来輸入され，江戸時代には，天海や鉄眼道光らが刊行した。
