The first snack when gradually offering second and third drinks of sake. ※Unzusho (around 1115-18) inscription on the back: "The next envoy has already sat down and is now drinking. (abbreviated) one drink." ※Tsurezuregusa (around 1331) 216: "One drink and we are in awe, two drinks and shrimp, and three drinks and the meal never ends." ③ A custom at drinking parties from the Muromachi period onwards, in which soup and fish are served with the cups, and three drinks are offered. ※Shinjiki (1509) from the second year of Choroku: "He offers one drink and leaves, (abbreviated) so he continues to offer three drinks, and at the time of the second drink..." ④ An abbreviation of "ikkonryo (one drink fee)." *To-ji Yuri Documents - April 23, 1434, two-way evaluation: ``One serving of the Shugo no Goban, one serving of the Goban , and one serving of the underground, however, after the observance, the second honor is given .''
