…The Greek tragic poet Aeschylus wrote a trilogy of works from his later years (458 BC) that is the only one of its three complete works, consisting of Agamemnon, The Priestesses, and The Merciful. In the structure of the trilogy, the author created a grand tragic stage in which gods and humans interact over several generations.
