Partial payment - ichibufutan

...Patient burden can take three forms. The first is called partial payment, in which the benefit rate is 100% and the entire cost is generally covered by insurance, but the patient is required to pay a set amount or a set number of treatment items. The second is called self-payment, in which the benefit rate is a set percentage (for example, 80% benefit) and this is covered by insurance, but the remaining benefit rate (for example, 20% of the 80% benefit) is required to be paid by the patient.
